Condos and townhouses account for 36% of the area's current housing market. Topping the list of best schools in the county is Alice Fong Yu Elementary School.

Why Are Housing Starts Still Highly Depressed?

In March, housing starts fell to an annualized rate of 1.1 million from 1.2 million the month before. Building permits fell from 1.2 million to 1.1 million as well.
